• MMTI reserves the full right without prior notice to change, modify or reschedule the training classes according to the availability of the sufficient batch size and due to any unavoidable circumstances.
  • Enrolled and paid fee for a program or course are not transferable to a third party, and neither it is possible for the Client to transfer from one program or course to another without first voluntarily resigning from one program or course, subject to the financial conditions set out in this Contract, and subsequently re-enrolling on the new program or course of his choice, after getting the proper approval from MMTI in written.
  • Following acceptance of the Client’s application by MMTI, the Client shall be contractually bound to pay the full amount of the fees in the manner set out in the enrolment form and in this Contract.
  • Payments can be made by credit card or by electronic bank transfer. The Client shall ensure that MMTI receives the full amount due after any bank charges that are payable. MMTI must receive payment before the course or program begins. The course or program fee includes all materials, unless specified otherwise, and excludes all the other membership or exam fee payable for the respective awarding bodies if any.
  • Refund Policy
    • Following an enrolment application there is a cooling off period of seven days before the specified start of the registered batch. If the Client informs the Training Institute within seven days before the specified start of the registered batch, that he/she wish to cancel a course or program, the Client shall be entitled to a full refund of all fees paid.
    • If the Client informs MMTI that he/she wish to cancel a course or program after the seven day period referred to in Clause (A) has expired, the Client shall not be entitled to a full refund of fees paid. MMTI is entitled to deduct the registration fee from the paid fee ie 12% of the agreed course fee or BD 50 or QR 500 whichever is lesser.
    • If the Client informs MMTI that he/she wish to cancel a course or program after the start of the registered batch, the Client shall not be entitled to a full refund of fees paid.
    • If the Client should enroll for more than one course or program simultaneously, the refund policy for each course or program also runs simultaneously from the date of the initial registration.
    • Initial refund requests must be confirmed in writing with genuine and valid reason. Refunds due will be made within fifteen business days of the initial request.
  • The Client agrees to keep confidential on all course material supplied to him by the Training Institute. Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all course materials belong to MMTI.
  • The Client agrees to grant to MMTI in respect of any course work produced by him during his course a perpetual royalty-free license to copy and display such work for promotional purposes only.
  • MMTI shall issue the Client with a certificate upon successful completion of the course or program but shall not issue the Client with a certificate if he/she fails to complete the course or fails to achieve the required standard and sufficient attendance.
  • The Client is not entitled to cancel this Contract in any circumstances other than as set out in the Contract.
  • No failure or delay by MMTI in enforcing any of its rights under the Contract shall be deemed to be a waiver of such rights.
